How do I find a club?

If you’re interested in finding a club you probably have already figured out that it isn’t exactly easy. Clubs vary in size, budget, operations and popularity so a great “mom-and-pop” club can hide in the shadow of a super-club with dozens of teams and its own state-of-the-art facility.  Word-of-mouth referrals continue to be the preferred method for players and parents to learn more about clubs in a local area and independent research helps you learn more about clubs.

Aside from internet searches, lists of volleyball clubs offering junior girls programs can be found through three organizations — USA Volleyball, AAU Volleyball and Junior Volleyball Association.

USA Volleyball (USAV)

More junior-level volleyball clubs are affiliated with USAV than any other organization. USAV has forty regions and clubs with girls programs are listed on most regional websites.  Below is a list the USAV regions with links directly to the the club listings*.

A map of USA Volleyball Regions and a breakdown of the zones can be found here.
